There is no downloadable MyBearings dataset today, and we will not imply one. Datasets are assembled per request, from sources you and we are permitted to use, and delivered in the published record format.

Delivery manifest
What a delivery contains
Every delivered dataset ships with a manifest like this. Values below describe the structure, not an existing release.

scope | Manufacturers, families and attributes included — and those excluded. |
record_count | Unique manufacturer products, counted separately from supplier listings. |
field_status_counts | Per attribute: populated, unknown, not applicable, conflicting, not researched. |
sources | Source documents with retrieval dates and permitted use. |
licence | Usage, redistribution and attribution terms for this delivery. |
generated_at | Build timestamp; refresh cadence if agreed. |
formats | JSON (record contract) and flat CSV per family. |
Licensing
Rights first, then rows
Manufacturer documents remain the primary authority for their own products. Rights determine what we can deliver.
Shared reference data
Records built from sources that permit redistribution can be licensed to multiple customers.
Customer-private data
Anything derived from your files stays yours. It never silently becomes shared reference material.
Restricted sources
Some documents may support internal checking but not redistribution. The manifest says which.
Is there a free sample dataset?
Not yet. The only public record is a synthetic example for development. A real, rights-cleared sample will be published here once it exists.
Which brands and families do you cover?
Coverage has not been measured on a publishable dataset, so we do not publish a list. Ask about the families you need and we will answer specifically.
Can I get updates?
Refresh cadence is agreed per request. Each delivery is versioned so changes are traceable.
Do you include prices or stock?
No. Datasets describe products and their specifications. Commercial data needs real feeds and is not offered.
