Products

One foundation for bearing data, part identity and catalog operations.

Explore structured data, connect fragmented part records and prepare catalogs your teams and applications can use. Choose the data access or operational workflow that fits your task.

Modules

Ten capabilities,
one data model

Each module states what exists today. “On request” means delivered through a scoped assessment, not a self-serve product.

How work proceeds

From sample inputs
to maintained records

No standard six-week rollout or guaranteed ROI — timing depends on your sample, sources and review capacity.

  1. Connect sample inputs

A category export, the supplier files behind it and the documents you trust.

  2. Establish identity & schema

Manufacturer + full designation per record; family schema with applicability.

  3. Propose with evidence

Normalized and enriched values with source, location and method attached.

  4. Review outputs

Accept, reject or defer. Conflicts and unresolved identities stay visible.

  5. Export or integrate

Flat file today; API and write-back are planned.

  6. Maintain

Re-check when supplier feeds or source documents change (scoped per engagement).

Which of these modules can I use today?

The catalog checker, the draft record schema, the proposed API contract and the methodology are public now. Dataset access, enrichment, matching and identification are delivered through scoped assessments on request. Everything marked “Planned” is not built.

Is this one product or ten?

One data foundation — product identity, family schemas and per-attribute evidence — with different ways to reach it: files, an API (planned), a review workflow (planned) and managed work.

Do you sell bearings?

No. MyBearings works on bearing data. We do not sell, stock or quote physical parts.

Do you recognise parts from photos or CAD?

No. The scope is catalog records, identifiers and documents. Photo recognition, geometry similarity and should-cost models are separate research tracks and are not offered.

How do you price?

Scoped work is priced per engagement after we see a sample: category, record count, research depth and review effort differ too much for one list price. We will show the basis and the exclusions in writing.

Bring one messy category.
Leave with a clear next step.
