Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read by JavaScript in this tab and processed in memory. There is no upload request and no analytics on its contents. Closing the tab discards it.

Why does it not tell me if a value is correct?

Correctness needs sources and family-specific applicability rules. This tool checks structure only. Source-backed checks are part of a scoped assessment.

What file formats work?

CSV or similar delimited text (comma, semicolon, tab or pipe) in UTF-8, up to 10 MB and 10,000 data rows. Export Excel sheets as “CSV UTF-8” first.

Why are DEMO-101-OPEN and DEMO-101-SEALED not duplicates?

Because suffixes are part of the full designation. The comparison removes only formatting characters, never letters or digits.

Found more than structure can fix?
Let’s talk about the evidence.

The checker shows structural gaps. Filling them with sourced values, resolving duplicates and mapping families is what a scoped assessment covers.
