Privacy
Pre-launch draft. The accountable legal operator and contact address have not been published yet. This page will be completed and legally reviewed before the production launch; until then it is excluded from search.
This notice describes what actually happens to data on this website as it is built today. It will be updated whenever that changes.
Who is responsible
The legal operator of MyBearings will be named here before launch, together with a contact address for privacy requests.
Browsing this site
The site is a static website served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers.
We do not use advertising trackers.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click “Accept analytics”, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages and tools are used. Google Analytics then sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and Google Ireland Ltd. processes usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser on our behalf.
Until you accept, Google Tag Manager runs with all Google consent types set to “denied”: the analytics tag does not fire and no analytics cookies are set. Advertising features are not used.
Analytics never receives the contents of files you check in the catalog checker or the text of messages you send.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under mb-consent.
The catalog checker
Files you open in the catalog checker are read and processed inside your browser tab. They are not uploaded to us or to any third party, and they are discarded when you close or reload the tab.
Inquiries
When the contact form is connected, the details you enter (name, work email, company, task, optional system, SKU count and message, plus the page you came from) are sent to our inquiry service so we can reply. They are used only to answer and follow up on your inquiry.
Retention periods and the processors involved will be listed here before launch.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. A contact route for these requests will be published with the operator details.
